'Convert XLS' Support Request

If you are having difficulty, we would love to help you create/find a solution using our tools.  In order to do so please send us an e-mail to Support at Softinterface.com. Help us help you by sending us an input file and an output file. The output file should reflect the actual data within the input file so that we can see what went where. Even more helpful would be to have you send us the 'Conversion Job' file. You can create a 'Conversion Job' file (*.sii) by going into the program (if you've already installed), setting up what you are attempting to do, click ADD at least once, then go to the File\Save menu item.

'Convert XLS' Support' Summary:
1. Tell us precisely what you want. The more exacting the better.
2. The input file (the smaller the better)
3. The output file (should reflect exactly how you want to see the output, based on what you gave us in 2.)
4. 'Conversion Job' (SII) file (if  you've already installed our program)
