About 'Convert Doc'

Convert Doc (CD for short) is a simple-to-use, yet sophisticated document conversion utility. If you need to convert thousands of documents with a variety of file types located in many folders in a short time, this is the tool. CD can be especially useful if you often do complicated conversion jobs. CD can be run from the command line, for use in batch files, or launched from within other programs.

PDF, Text, DOC, DOCX, RTF and HTML are the most popular file formats converted by this tool. With CD, you can use our conversion algorithms or those built into MS Word, giving you  extreme flexibility.

CD not only performs file conversion, but also includes features to enhance its usefulness.  For example, a built in scheduler has been allows you to run jobs at pre-set times (anything from seconds to months apart).

Many special processes have been added.
These include:

• Append (Concatenate) files  

• Remove Empty Lines

• Search and Replace a String

• Launch (Run) a program. This includes file operations such as delete, copy, etc.
