Diffuse

This special process blurs the image by shuffling pixels. Specify:

Distance (Pixels): Maximum displacement of the shuffled pixel. Must be greater than or equal to 0

Penetration: (0.0 to 1.0) Degree by which pixels are replaced. 0 is none, 1 is completely.
